Let's Make a Difference

I was honored to be elected in November of 2018 to hold the Molokai Residency Seat for the Maui County Council. Once I took office I secured the Vice-Chair position of the Maui County Council as well as becoming the Chair of the Budget Committee. In 2019, in my first term as a Council member, I oversaw the Maui County's $800 million dollar budget process as well as many other exciting accomplishments on behalf of my community.

My staff and I work hard to put our dynamic skill sets to work for the community. Whether it is creating Maui County's first zero cap for short-term rentals on Molokai, to counteract our current housing crisis or standing up against our own County Administration to protect our ocean and reef health in the Injection Well Lawsuit. I will do what it takes to fight for our 'āina and community.
